Extreme Carb Blocker
Whats the best extreme carb blocker out there. I remember when these first hit the market my patients tried all sorts of carb blockers with very mixed results. Most of them caused stomach aches and anal leakage if you took too much. The negative fallout over the side effects caused carb blockers to loose favor. A product that could block carbs would be a great idea if they could control the side effects. One thing I learned over time is patients do whatever the heck they want no matter how much you warn them. I would have patients who really wanted to loose weight but refused to change their crappy diet. People just love to eat bad food because it tastes so good. Since it was impossible to get patients to stop eating their favorite unhealthy foods, the best I could hope for was to get them to do damage control. If I could get them to take a crab or fat blocker before they ate they heavily processed food at least it would help some. Recently a carb blocker came on the market which does not seem to have the side effects that the ones in the past had.
